Assalamualaikum,
Today is just the second day of the national Orthopaedic Intensive Course for Master students all over Malaysia. We gather in PPUKM for a week to listen to lectures of orthopaedic conditions, current updates in the management and also discuss how to approach the problems encountered. In the afternoon we have OSCE (stands for: Objective Structured Clinical Examination, i think) and clinical sessions.
Yesterday we had an excellent updates on spine discipline followed by a combination of paediatrics, rehabilitation medicine and foot and akle disciplines today. Tiring but rewarding. I sat in the front row so that I can ask question and also got asked (so that I can practice answering them!). Most importantly, I will not fall asleep hehehe
Anyway, tomorrow's session will be on hand and oncology disciplines. Need to do some reading now.
Bye.
